Our client is an internationally operating company from German speaking country, which belongs to the European market leaders in extraction, processing and refining of industrial minerals.

For the local subsidiary there is currently a Position as a CEO/Head of Sales to fill.

Qualification:                        Universitydegree
Experience:                          Several years ofsuccessful management and sales experience in a comparable position
Employment:                        Full time
Salary:                                 According to position - negotiable

Your field of responsibility:
  • Our client aims to strengthen its market position in Russia and strongly expandsales in the Russian regions as well.
  • As Head of Sales you will be responsible for business development in Russia, further expansion of the mineral raw materials business in Russia and
    for the sales especially.
  • P&L-responsibilty in your compulsory field.
  • Budget definition and controll as well as annual planning and medium-termstrategic planning.
  • Responsibility for the consolidation and development of the targeted turnover at the Russian market.
  • Definition, planning and implementation of the established goals concerning revenue,profit and earnings targets in Russia.
  • Leading and widening of the russian investment portfolio.
  • Establishment and expansion of the sales network in Russia.
  • Leadership, coordination, motivation and control of the sales staff onsite (currently ca. 400 employees).
  • Ensuring of the smooth operation processes.
  • Market analysis as well as development and implementation of short- andlong term strategies concerning the further development of the business and
    sales of the company in Russia.
  • Reporting to the Head Office (Management).


Job requirements:
  • Excellent command of Russian (on a native level) and good command of German and/or English, both spoken and written.
  • Several years of successful sales and executive experience in a similar position, preferably within an international company.
  • University degree, preferably technical or economical (business) studies.
  • Good market and field knowledge preferred.
  • You are a very strong leader, someone who is convincing, can rely on his owncompetence and know how to assert yourself in dealing with both customers and
    staff.
  • Managerial and executiveexperience.
  • Strong leadreship skills to be able to motivate and lead a team.
  • You are competent and focused in your actions and approach, your conductis confident and friendly.
  • You have a „proactive“ personality and pioneering attitude as well ashigh degree of own initiative.

  • Good conceptual and organisational skills.
  • You are team-minded and have excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Willingness to travel.
